Well, Alex and myself thought that it might be interesting to have a closer look on the newly promoted teams this season so the discussion in this thread will be based on the transfers, games and such of West Brom, Stoke and Hull.
So what does anyone think, who of them will stay up and who will go down?

I can see one or two of them stay up but I'm sure at least one of those three will have to go down.
WBA have the most Premiership experience so in that aspect they should have an advantage but I never liked WBA much and want them down, sorry. I find Stoke and Hull more interesting, they are new teams to me and it is nice to see some rare prospects in the EPL.
I might root for Hull in here I think :p

Unless Stoke and Hull seriously improve their squad, sign premiership players that are not past their peak, they will undoubtably go down.

West Brom have a good chance of staying up I reckon, they do have good players in there team already, but probably just need a few players just to make sure of that.

West Broms promotion was not much of a surprise and therefore I think they naturally have a better set up squad than Stoke and Hull. However, the so called best squad does not always have the biggest success. I would not be surprised if West Brom are to finish above Stoke and Hull but I somehow feel that Stoke and Hull have a good spirit which can be a factor in the season. It is going to be very tough for those 2 in particular though I reckon.

Just had a good ol' chat about them today. I reckon those two teams are on equal par with Derby. So even if they have spirit, it won't stay forever.

I am sure they will do better than Derby. All 3 of them. ;)
Whether this will be enough to stay is another story :p

Ye, I agree. Stoke has to make some good transfers to stand a chance. I heard there were talks with Alan Smith. Not really my favourite player... but he has experience and thats what Stoke need.

New signings thus far, from what I was able to find:

Stoke
Kitson

West Brom
Carson, Cech, Zuiverloon, Dorrans

Hull
Geovanni, Mendy, Halmosi, Warner, Boateng

I'm not sure at all whether I missed something so please add more if there are more signings :) .

I think thats more or less the signings.

I think although Hull have bought players, honestly I don't think any of them have played in the premiership before except Boateng. So that could be a problem.

Wow Stoke, thats what I call activity during the transfer window

Still, its not over yet and maybe its a good thing to trust the players who helped getting the team promoted. We'll see.
