I think Hull got a lot of luck today due to the fact of the situation that Newcastle are in. Still a good performance, but could they have done it if Newcastle were steady.

Hull won 2-1 at Newcastle today and WBA beat West Ham 3-2 at home. Strong stuff by the newbies.

No need to overmention this :( West Ham looked good. Just not good enough.

To be fair, both defenses were attrocious according to Paul Walsh. I think Zola will be good for West Ham though when he starts on Monday.

Let's get closer on West Ham! Oh, wrong thread. ;)

I'm not really surprised about West Brom's win. They have done alright so far and won their first winable game so West Brom are on a good way in my eyes. So are Hull who have recovered well from the Wigan game. Hull have more wins than Derby with just 4 games into the season!

Yeah I know there is no West Ham thread. Alex mentioned it and I replied which also was a comment on WBA.

God are you like the police of this forum?

The way I see it he spoke from a Spurs fan point of view and therefore he was in the wrong thread.

Massive point for Stoke at Anfield and Hull collected another point, wasted a two goal lead anyway. West Brom lost but they are doing good against the top clubs so there's plenty of hope for them too.

My post wasn't even directed at you. It was just kinda like 'come on you Spurs, let's get closer on West Ham', hence why it was the wrong thread as Spurs are not the main topic in here.

I'm not the police of this forum but we don't need to create problems out of nowhere so when I was obviously not refering to you there's no need to take the piss really with that police question.

Stoke are the surprise as they made a good start, specially the draw vs Liverpool. Now they have to face Chelsea and as much as we hate them, they are in a great shape.
Yet they had to go till the pens to beat FC Reading, who went down after last season. They might be a bit tired.
Chelsea won 4-0 vs Pompey, having the draw vs United in their back aswell. It will be really really hard for the Potters. But as I said in the beginning, they are a surprise.

not only that, hull is moving to meet arsenal and i already feel sorry for them. i know they have had a good start aswell. two draws and a victory. but arsenal are in a top shape and i can´t imagine hull being good enough to beat them. there aren´t many teams i can picture beating arsenal atm.
